Tania Manser is the Executive Manager, Health Integration and Innovation at Country SA PHN, a role she commenced in July 2024. She brings extensive leadership experience across the primary health care, mental health, and disability sectors, with a strong commitment to improving health outcomes through collaboration, innovation, and system integration.

Prior to joining Country SA PHN, Tania served as Executive Manager, Community Services at Sonder, where she led the delivery and development of a diverse portfolio of community-based services. Her career spans executive and operational leadership roles across not-for-profit organisations, national organisations, and peak bodies in both South Australia and Queensland.

Tania has established expertise in strategic planning, organisational leadership, service and business design, and commissioning. She is passionate about translating strategies into practical outcomes that strengthen health equity and access to services and support within communities.
