In partnership with the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI), Health Translation SA (HTSA) is pleased to invite you to this years Connecting with Community Forum which is being held on:

Wednesday, 16 October 2019 between 9:00am – 12:00noon in the SAHMRI Auditorium

The forum will bring together community members and researchers who are currently involved in, or have an interest in, community engagement activities across HTSA, HTSA partner organisations and SAHMRI. A special focus of the morning will be to explore different examples of how community members have influenced research priority setting within South Australian.

Come along to meet other community members and researchers interested in this area, hear from a range of engaging speakers and share your experiences and ideas for future community engagement activities across the South Australian health and medical research community.

A Look Back at the 2018 Connecting with Community Forum

In 2018, SAHMRI and HTSA held the first Connecting with Community Forum. The focus of this event was to provide an update on national and state community engagement in research initiatives and showcase local examples of how community members had been involved in research projects.
