HTSA 2019 Stakeholder Forum

 

Join Health Translation SA for an update on our work and how we are designing and delivering rapid, impactful health research in South Australia.

  • Introduction to an exciting new strategic project > STARR-SA State Action on Avoidable Re-hospitalisation and Unplanned Admission: An Integrated Knowledge Translation project across SA
