CONNECTED HEALTH CITIES: ‘Learning health systems at scale for innovation and improvement’

Health Translation SA is excited to present this opportunity to hear how Connected Health Cities are linking local health data and advanced technology to improve health services for patients across the North of England.

The Connected Health Cities team will discuss the planning of data-driven innovations and the implications for health systems across the globe, and how the learnings from Connected Health Cities could be used to support new opportunities for evidence-based continuous improvement.
