CALL FOR ABSTRACTS: The 8th Annual NHMRC Symposium on Research Translation

Posted on April 10, 2019

We are pleased to announce the 8th Annual NHMRC Symposium on Research Translation.

The National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) has hosted an Annual Symposium on Research Translation since 2012. The Symposium provides a platform for NHMRC’s community of researchers and others with an interest in the creation and use of research evidence, to share information and experiences, and to be challenged by new ideas or approaches.

This year, the theme will be ‘Research Translation in the digital age: harnessing the power of data and analytical technologies’.

We will reflect on how we might more effectively optimise the use of health and medical research data, across the entire range of research funded by NHMRC, to inform health care policy and practice. The social, ethical and legal issues in the context of health data will also be focused on.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Abstracts for oral presentations and posters are now being invited. Choose from: Oral presentation (10 minutes only, followed by a few minutes Q&A) or Poster presentation.
