How the MRFF is translating research into better outcomes

The SA Aboriginal Chronic Disease Consortium has spent the past two-and-a-half years working to reduce the impact of chronic disease experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in South Australia.

In the video below, SAHMRI’s Aboriginal Health Equity Theme Leader, Professor Alex Brown, explains how the MRFF is helping to translate research into better outcomes by improving systems and services.
