Webinar 1: Applied health economics – adding value to Local Health Networks

Every year, Australia spends $180 billion dollars to deliver health services. However, around 20% of this spending is wasted. The Embedded Economist (Ee) program, led by NSW Regional Health Partners and Health Translation SA, aims to assist health services in the prevention of this waste. On this first session of the Spotlight Series: Health Economics, hear from A/Prof Penny Reeves, Prof Jon Karnon and Mr Andrew Partington about their experience in planning, delivering and implementing the Ee program.
