Jess is a Lived Experience Consultant and Project Manager leading the development and implementation of a Lived Experience (Peer) Workforce Framework project, in public mental health services.
Drawing on both lived and professional expertise, Jess works collaboratively with organisations, clinicians, and lived experience staff to support workforce development, co-design, reflective practice, and meaningful systems change in mental health services.
They are passionate about advancing authentic co-production, strengthening the lived experience workforce, and creating safer, more inclusive health systems where lived experience knowledge is recognised and valued.
